Fluffy Pancakes – Your favourite rainy day treat with all of the fixin’s, GUILT FREE 😁
Rainy weather in this beautiful country means there is only one treat that we end up making to bring comfort. That delicious treat is a plate full of fluffy pancakes.
This is my take on
HIGH PROTEIN CHOCOLATE PANCAKES WITH CHOCOLATE FILLING
Batter:
2 Egg whites
20g protein powder (chocolate)
60ml water
Whisk above ingredients and fry in a pancake pan. I use cooking spray for pan. Lower in calories. Make 3 pancakes
Filling:
75g chocolate chip yogurt
10g protein powder (chocolate)
Mix above filling amd fill pancakes
Enjoy 😁
Per pancake:
75 Cals
9.4 protein
5.9 carbs
1.2 fat
Get creative and enjoy these deliciously light and Fluffy pancakes on the rainy days.

High Protein Baked Oats
This is my favorite way of eating oatmeal.
Great for prepping ahead and freezes well. The best part is that actual hands-on prep time is just a few minutes…simply grab your ingredients, stir them together...throw it all into your preheated oven. Done.

Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
I can't stand eating oats😣 but on my health journey I stumbled upon these oats recipes, let me tell you this is the only way I eat my oats and its so versatile and quick to make and ideal for road trips.😎
You can use the base of this recipe and opt for any flavoured protein powder and other add-ons such as berries, cocoa powder, choc chips, grated apple, etc. The choices are endless.
It's jam packed with nutrients and keep you satisfy.

Finally my 6 week challenge is over.
I have lost 5kgs and 10 cm (which results in 2 sizes smaller😁) in my 6 weeks.
What have I learned on my journey.
* You dont need special diet pills to lose
weight.
* Most people have a misconception about
healthy eating/ diet.
* People close to you will not understand your
path to your goals.
* No foods are off-limits.
* You don't have to starve yourself to death to
lose weight.
* You don't have to feel any type of shame,
guilt, stress, or fear regarding the foods you
eat.
* Developed a better relationship with food.
* Increase your steps daily.
* Exercising helps with the process, weight
training included.
* Plan your week and meals.
* Small insignificant changes every day do
count.
* Just focus to do 1% better TODAY
I still have a long challenging road ahead of me but I have set a goal for myself and will stay consistent.
