- any damages, cracks, chips, tears, breaks, etc. after the 72hour period will be charged for.
- for anything that could happen afterwards if the client is not honest about their health conditions.
- should the client change their mind last minute without letting the tech know beforehand.
- for any discoloration of white or any light colours. If you are a smoker, discoloration can occur, making lighter colours turn yellow. This will be mentioned and should the client agree to proceed with the colour, the tech will not be held responsible regarding this at all.
- for any negative response afterwards, regarding the nails done. The tech will ask if the client is happy, if the client agrees, it will not be accepted to receive any negative feedback afterwards, after having the chance to discuss any unhappy issues on the day of the treatment. This excludes damages, cracks, chips, tears, breaks, etc. Fixing of Nails :

- Nails will be fixed for free if the client has contacted the nail tech within or before the 72hour period. Appointments for fixing will then be discussed thereafter.
- Any fixing of nails after the 72hour period will be regarded as negligence and will be held as an example of not following the correct way in after care.
- Nails will be fixed at a fee after the 72hour period and will be held on account of the client. Bookings, Cancellations & Payments for Nails:

- Clients will need to be 100% sure before booking or cancelling any appointments.
- All bookings that are made between the client and the nail tech are to be made at least a week in advance of the day they'd like to book for.
- When making a booking, the client needs to know what they want beforehand and let the tech know in order to save time and to be considerate towards clients who have been booked thereafter.
- Cancellations need to be done at least 48 hours in advance so that other potential clients can fill the gap. If any cancellations are made after this period, this will result in a cancellation fee of 50%
- No cancellations will be changed after they have been made.
- Payments can be made by cash in hand on the day. or EFT with immediate reflect NO card payments.
- Cancellation fees can be made via EFT or cash in hand.
