With the lions away during the heat of the day yesterday, a passing by elephant bull stopped at the carcass to investigate, pay his respects and say his goodbyes.

I feel for those who are left alone, when the other parent doesn’t want anything to do with them. If that’s you, know you’re not alone and your child can still thrive. Keep doing the best you can every day. As a parent, you want the best for your child: the best home, life, food, water, and so on. The foundations are essential, yet a child would rather play with you than receive the latest toy. They don’t care about the newest toy; they adore time with their parents the most. This builds trust and shows them a true relationship. As they grow older, they will naturally reflect on this and know what a good relationship is. Children observe and listen to everything; they’re little sponges. If they witness healthy relationships, hobbies, and experiences, they will naturally form into a healthy lifestyle. We need to lead by example and show them that they don’t need much to be happy and have fun. They can be in pure bliss in the sand, leaves, mountains, and oceans. They can have fun through pure connection and playful games that involve each other, not a toy or a screen. Kids love nature the most, and it’s one of the best remedies for them. Being in nature helps with circulating their emotions, grounds them, brings out their playful side and so much more. #parentingtips #parentingadvice #fatherhood
