“With Dirty Green, GOZDAVA 1590 captured a moment in late summer: an earthy, green, and vibrant harvest table.

I interpreted it into something tangible, edible. The template was a Dirty Martini, fitting for the theme. A base of burrata-infused vodka brought salinity and roundness. Plenty of tomato brine represented the harvest table while acting as the “dirty” in the martini. A pickled tomato, excitingly bright and acidic. A bit of olive oil, salt, and pepper season. And finally, the Dirty Green Tincture, tomato vine and leaves infused in spirit, the final flourish that tied everything together.” - Dwight, Mixologist at AKJP Studio

An Ode to Summer.

Dirty Green launched as both sun-drunk celebration and faithful farewell to our favourite season.

One last inhale from the city before the air turns cold, fortuitous to have taken place before severe weather set in.

Thank you to everyone who joined us in sending summer off the only way we know how: dirty and decadent.

Set as a full extravaganza, we transformed the entire studio Maison into a house of play and dining experience. A true night of shenanigans and pure joy as we said farewell to summer in the southern hemisphere! This dinner spectacular launched Dirty Green our limited edition tomato vine and herb scent in collaboration with performances and dinner created by a true friend the genius- with his Ale’s Supper Club.

An evening of pure play, more food than your nonna would stuff you with, and the air hanging deliciously with tomato vine perfume!

The Nose Knows.

In the Maison, this isn’t just a phrase: it’s a way of being that guides us through creation, contemplation, and conversation.

Agata’s nose, cast and hung in the studio as our anchor, reminds us that intuition is our compass, curiosity our path, and the senses our language through which we understand the world.

A film roll ends the way a season does- quietly, without announcement.
By the time you name the change, it’s already happened.
There is a luxury in limitation. In knowing a moment cannot be retaken, only remembered.

In the Atelier, we’re not quite ready to let go. So instead, we’re busy preparing an ode to (almost) everyone’s favourite season.
