: When applying eyeshadow to the lids of your eyes, be careful not to fill the lid with colour (whether dark or bright colours). Use the crease of your eyelid (where it folds) as a guideline as to where to place the shadow. You can also apply a little darker shade to the outer part of the lid as well. This creates the illusion of bigger and more open eyes. Remember, practice makes PERFECT!

This week I challenge you to "Wake Up And Chase Your Dreams". I woke up last week and challenged myself to walk/run at least 2km, 5 times a week for a month. And so far I have done more than what I set my mind to.

: Face Products. I've had a few people ask me what products are necessary and what aren't. Here is a list of all the products that can be used however through "trial and error" you will figure out what is or isn't best for your skin.

Most important note I can give you is always use a good day and night cream. If your face is not properly hydrated, you will ruin your beautiful silky soft skin. Look after your face... It's the only one you have.

- "How to create the perfect contoured face". Many find it difficult to understand the difference between contouring and highlighting. Contour areas of the face you wish to make look slimmer, such as below cheek bone, sides of nose and underneath the jaw. Highlight areas to make them stand out more, such as cheek bones, forehead, top of nose etc. Good luck with MAKING you face FLOURISH.
