This was so much fun! I usually do matric dances but I loved being a part of the getting ready process with everyone 🥰 The vibes were definitely there and I’m not sure if it was because Taylor Swift was playing or just the magic in the air!

Hi, it's me, Carla 👋🏼

I haven't properly introduced myself on this page and I've had it for yearsss!
Firstly, I started doing makeup when I was 15 and I learnt by watching youtube videos. I used to watch Zoella, Bethany Mota and Arden Rose's videos all the time. Eventually I started doing my friends makeup for school dances. When I decided to take a gap year in 2019 I went to London for almost a month and while I was there I did an Intro to Professional Makeup course at It was also my first time travelling alone and it was so much fun!
In 2020 I started studying a BA Visual Communication at and I graduated last year majoring in Photography. I love all sorts of photography but I primarily do weddings and I have a soft spot for film photography.
I will always love doing makeup. Being part of the getting ready process on the day of your matric dance is an honour!
I will always bring my camera with for a few photos and you can add a 30 min portrait session to your makeup package 🩷

I painted my nails so I just had to make my eyeshadow match 💅🏻

I recently figured out which colours compliment my skin tone best and dark purple/ brown are at the top of the list 💜🤎
