Highly recommend Jacqueline Partridge's masks - she makes triple layered, fully washable, elasticated, 100% cotton fabric masks - in all sizes. Top notch quality and she delivers. My mom struggles with claustrophobia and has finally found a fabric design that she can breathe through freely and easily when it's covering both her nose and mouth. Plus, it doesn't fog up her specs! Jacqui explained that she uses a spunbound inner (as used in surgical masks) to allow effective filtration between the outer and inner layers.

Forward Head Posture - Hard to escape from but can be improved and managed with awareness, massage and lots of stretching; passive (lie on the floor!) or use a foam roller.
