As some of you know, I recently experienced an illness which unfortunately required me to reschedule some appointments. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Please know that every client affected was personally offered the option to reschedule or to have one of our talented stylists assist you instead. It is always my priority to ensure you receive the best care and service, even in unforeseen circumstances.

While I strive to communicate fully and professionally, I understand that sometimes messages may not be received as intended. Recently, a misunderstanding resulted in a negative review that contains inaccuracies about how the situation was handled. I respect everyone’s right to share their experience, but I ask that new and existing clients consider the full context before forming judgments.
