Unfortunately, good nail technicians who sanitise and disinfect their tools, throw away their files after single use and use good products. They continue to educate themselves by going for classes and courses and upkeep their rental, their website and other business items to make your experience better. They offer drinks, they pay for apps to edit and post their photos, pay for advertisements on social media and treat you like a princess. All of our expenses in our business and in our homes differ and that’s why our prices differ. Some of us are experienced educators and some of us are beginners. Some of us have children so our expenses differ than someone who is single. But the price is the price when there is a lot of value added to it! My clients get top notch luxury Russian cuticle work and mini manicure which takes an hour when done well. This is before application has even begun. They get application that is almost perfect and lasts with no lifting as well as a guarantee that it won’t lift or chip within the first week! I take my time to grow their natural nails with attention on the integrity of the natural nails and maintaining the natural nails health. I pride myself in being above par with cleanliness and sanitation practices and provide impeccable service with a smile. 🌸 I always care about my client before they sit in my chair, while they are in my chair and once they have left until they sit in my chair again. I am always trying to better my service and add value wherever I can. I always insist to my students to not discount their prices but to add value. Adding value is vital to the customer experience 🌸 and even after all these years I am still learning and will continue to learn how to do this. I’ve found that this attracts my ideal client and not the client jumping from tech to tech looking for the cheapest 💅 I also take care of my loyal customers by giving them “gifts” such as a special for them only or discount or free artwork etc as a thank you for supporting me and my dream.
