Winter is here, which means very dehydrated skin on our feet, and, for many, thick heels and cracks which are just plain painful.
When your out there please just read those ingredients.If the active ingredient isnt Urea dont stop looking,it truelly works like no other product!
I personally suffered with thick soles and painful, bleeding cracks until I started with Urea as my daily foot care regime.
The higher the concentration the better, this product also acts as an exfoliator I have only ever had good outcomes with clients using it aswell.

Client is completely paralyzed and confined to a hospital bed after surviving a stroke measured at 9,4 which is a miracle!
This toe nail becomes ingrown but we managed it until now, waited a while and it became horribly infected when touched it released so much blood etc this procedure took a long time there was no fast way to remove and clean thoroughly.
It will require homecare so it can recover since it left a sizeable wound, but its out, and, its been cleaned properly they just need to keep using their antiseptic cream.
