Make your own with this doTERRA On Guard hand cleansing spray. It is an easy and convenient way to clean your hands. Keep a bottle in your purse, car, or office for any time you need it.

You need:
120 ml glass bottle (I decant into 4 x 30 ml bottles with spray caps)
1 tablespoon aloe vera gel
20 drops doTERRA On Guard Protective Blend
Water

Directions:
Combine the aloe vera and doTERRA On Guard and fill the rest of bottle with water. Shake until combined.
To use, spray on hands and rub together.

I used this combination of oils topically and my knee was healed within 3 days. No side effects. I can do my beloved squats again!
