Why I Prefer Hands Over Sponges When Cleansing
When it comes to cleansing, I prefer using clean hands rather than facial sponges.
Your fingertips allow you to properly massage cleanser into the skin, helping to lift makeup, sunscreen, excess oil, and impurities more effectively.
They also help stimulate circulation while allowing you to feel areas that may need extra attention.
One of the reasons I avoid sponges is that they can harbour bacteria if not cleaned and dried correctly.
