Difference between Chemical and Physical SPF
☀️ For everyday use, a Chemical Sunscreen (SPF 50) is perfectly fine. They generally smell and feel nicer, and they pe*****te the skin to reflect UV rays.
Yes, there are chemicals in the formulation, but these far outweigh the extremely damaging and harmful effects of UV exposure.

💧 Physical/Mineral Sunscreens, on the other hand, are made from Titanium Dioxide and Zinc Oxide. They’re very safe for your skin and unlikely to cause any reactions. They can feel a bit “thick” as they form a physical layer over the skin (sometimes leaving a slight white cast), but they stick like anything, are very water and sweat resistant, and won’t run into your eyes – brilliant for kids who are in and out of the water!
