Today I was truly privileged to be the keynote speaker at the SACBW Centurion Sisterhood event, where I shared about the importance of self-care.

As an Annique Rooibos Independent Consultant, I spoke about the Annique Rooibos philosophy, which is built on three pillars: skin, body and lifestyle.

We talked about how important it is to use the correct products for your skin type and specific concerns, to take care of your body, and to build a healthy lifestyle that supports your overall well-being.
