Beach days are perfect and the stifling scent of humidity has drifted off, allowing a cleaner backdrop for the art of scent to fill a palette that can paint our days with possibility …

We can dream, we can imagine and we can romanticise the moment through being present. This is what our sense of smell invites in - presence.

freshly picked magenta Westminster heritage roses (from our ‘back garden’ in the Kamberg valley)
into the cauldron, along with citrus peel, citrus squeeze & earthly sweetness

a syrup to enjoy any way you wish - with scones & cream, swirled into yoghurt or poured over ice-cream
even straight onto toast, or straight off the spoon
