Dear clients please book your appointments for this busy period in advance.
-No last minute bookings will be taken, no same day bookings, no fit ins or walk ins.
-Due to covid restrictions we are unable to crowd the salon. If we turn u down it's because we are fully booked and cannot fit u in.
-No children allowed unless they are having a haircut
-Please stick to appointment times. No late comers will be taken as u could clashwith the next appointment.
- please notify if u are going to be late or can't make it for your appointment
- Hair and Beauty appointments are separate, so please inform both rowena and I when making appointments
-Please wear a mask, sanitize and social distance.
- Please wait to be called into beauty room. 1 person at a time will be allowed into the room
If 2 or more ppl are coming as well, it will be safer to wait in the car n wait to be called
-Last day for leg waxes, hand waxes and deep cleanse facials is the 21st of December.
- Please understand that if we can't fit u in and turn u down, it's because we are looking out for the safety of ourselves and our clients
