The end of my lash boss era 🤍

And so all good things come to an end ✨ It is bittersweet as 4 years ago I stepped off a plane from Belgium with two suitcases and a dream to start my own lash brand. Waking up at 4 in the morning to talk to suppliers and endless research soon brought my very first shipment right into my tiny bachelor flat in Cape Town.. I remember staring at the boxes.. in disbelief that somehow I made this happen.

Fast forward 3 years.. many ups & downs. This venture definitely taught me so much about business and some days I had to learn the hard way. But it’s all part of the journey right? You don’t always have 100s of orders streaming in like some people on social media make things seem but if there’s one thing I learnt is that we’re all on our own journey.. focus on your path ahead and don’t compare your results to others. Always keep the bigger picture in mind.

Unfortunately this marks the end of .. my lash boss era 🥹🫶🏻 I couldn’t have asked for better customers & support. I mean wearing my lash on the cover of and collaborating with was the peak of this journey for me!🙏🏻😅 But I have grown & evolved and pursued a new adventure 🤍 so from the bottom of my heart I’d like to thank you all for every order, kind comment, message & supporting my journey! Never give up on your dreams x

I thought it’s about time I probably introduce myself on here!👋🏻👋🏻 Hiii my name is Angeli, 27 year old entrepreneur, ex MAC girl and makeup enthusiast!✨

Back in 2017 (my second year of Uni)
I started with research and December 2020 was born!

The goal was to bring top quality luxury lashes to SA at a pocket-friendly price🤍 I wanted to supply my clients with a luxury experience I knew they would want to come back for!

With that being said it has not just been ‘smooth sailing’, there were many times I felt like throwing in the towel! 99% of the time things are not always as perfect as social media makes them seem. I mean for the most part this business was run from my bedroom😅
