As many of you know, our business is made up of several parts:

the shop, custom orders, corporate orders, workshops, and even private label production for other brands.

After some reflection, we've taken stock of where our time goes and what’s generating income, It turns out,
our little business actually grew a LOT over the past 4 years, just in a different direction!

Running a business isn’t easy, but we don't have to do it alone. We're incredibly attuned to the voice of the Lord, trusting Him for guidance and instruction. And right now, we feel He’s growing our business in a specific direction—one that fills us with excitement and anticipation as we step out in obedience.

What will become of the brand currently known as KIAPANANDE?  

For now, we will maintain our current shop customers via W/App catalog, with more info on delivery/collection points following soon.

The Pink Salt acts in 2 ways

2. As a nutural humectant, it attracts moisture towards the healthy skin.

Did you know?

An immersion blender doesn't actually make soap. It's a tool that's incredibly useful in the soap-making process.

Soap is made by combining fats & oils with a lye solution. The immersion blender helps to mix these ingredients together very thoroughly and very fast!

This process is called emulsification, and now that everything is emulsified, it can saponify (but more on that later!)

Increased speed = increased heat, and now a process that used to take days, takes us 30 minutes

THIS is my single most useful piece of equipment in the soapery.

A little more interesting facts you might or might not have known😁

Back in the day, most people couldn't read. So businesses had to get creative to let people know what they did.

If you saw a picture of a boot, that meant you found the right place to buy new boots or where to get your shoes fixed. These pictures and symbols were like the original logos, helping folks figure out where to shop.

This is also where we get 'trademark' from

Because it had a picture/mark of the person's trade or tools they used to trade
