How to protect and have healthy nails
The first step to healthy looking nails is not bite, peel or pick them.
Keep your nails moisturised with good cuticle oil or lotion it will keep nails strong and healthy.
If you have weak nails, keep them covered with the nail polish . If you don't like coloured nail polish you can clear gloss coat.
Keep your nails dry. When working with water or chemicals such as washing powder or detergents wear gloves to protect your nails.
