A lot of us prefer to wash our faces with hot water
However, hot water is not the best option for your skin. It can strip your skin of its natural oils, causing dryness, dehydration, and increase skin sensitivity.
Cold water can act as an astringent, helping to tone the skin, calm down any puffiness and restore a youthful glow.
But, you shouldn't overuse cold water whilst cleansing, because cold water can also tighten your skin's pores which can prevent effective cleaning.
For the most part you should be aiming to wash your face with lukewarm water. It will work with your cleanser to remove dirt and bacteria from your skin without drying it out.
So to achieve a glowing, healthy skin, start with the 3 basics...
