Full salon. Busy Friday afternoon. Clients in chairs. Good vibes only. ✂️✨
And then… our basin pipe said “Not today, sis.” 💥🌊
Yep. Mid-service. Full chaos mode activated. We’re talking water where water should absolutely NOT be. 😭
For about five minutes there was panic, prayers, and someone definitely googled “how to cancel a whole weekend.” 😂
BUT — we have the BEST team on the planet. 🙌 They didn’t flinch. They handled it like absolute pros while keeping clients calm and the good energy flowing. No one ran out screaming (clients OR staff — which honestly felt like a win). 🏆
And guess what?
We opened on time. Not a single appointment missed. 💆♀️
Because that’s just what we do.
If you need us, we’ll be here — scissors in hand, pipes (hopefully) intact, and zero plans to slow down. 😎
