Our skin is the most sensitive organ in our bodies so we must take care of it and make sure it is healthy.
Here are a few tips to keeping your skin healthy and to decrease breakage.
1. Moisturize skin while still damp so that your skin stays hydrated for a long time
2. Change pillow cases every now and then so that your skin does not absorb germs and bacteria
3. Make sure you apply a lotion that has sun screen so that your skin may not be exposed to too much sunlight.
4. Wash your face twice a day and moisturize to keep it fresh and hydrated.
