We are inspired to help young women find their confidence
HABITS
work on habits, even small habits can make a huge impact, you wonβt see the small changes now but when time goes by, you will start seeing the results.
The same can be applied to exercise, you wonβt see the results on the first day but after a month or two, you will notice the changes.
Build good small habits and over time they will give back big positive impact to your life.
So focus on building small habits, and in the end, you will be able to reach those goals and dreams. Stay consistent and disciplined and nothing can stand in your way.
Everyone has a dream but everyone wonβt go after their dreams because some of them are afraid and some of them donβt believe in their dreams or themselves.
So if you have goals or a dream; if you truly believe in them then donβt hesitate much, start right now. Make those dreams and goals a reality. Donβt say, I will start tomorrow and then tomorrow comes and you will be like, not today, maybe next week and one day. You will end up forgetting about it and time won't be on your side.
The Time is now, time will be forever but you wonβt be around forever, one day time will pass and you will end up with regrets, so donβt be that girl who complains a lot about everything and never makes that move to make her goals and dreams a success.
Respect time and do things at the right time. Go for it, take that first step, make that move, and start today.
CROWN YOURSELF WITH A SMILE πβ¨
