Real talk: Saying “I want to lose weight” means nothing if you’re not willing to do what it takes on the days you don’t feel like it.

Here’s what actually hurts you — it’s not the weight.

It’s watching yourself say you want something and then not follow through.

That’s what quietly chips away at how much you trust yourself.

Everytime you say “I want to lose weight” and then skip the things that get you there, you’re not just missing one meal or one session.

You’re teaching yourself that your word to yourself means nothing.

That’s what wrecks your confidence.

Not the number on the scale — the promise you keep breaking.

So choose, once and for all.

Want it? Then do the hard things, even when it’s the last thing you feel like.

Don’t? Totally fine — but stop telling yourself you do, and stop the self-punishment over it.

You can’t half-want a result and fully beat yourself up for not having it.

And if you’re not Gujarati, trust me, you need to try this because it might just become your new favourite Indian savoury breakfast. 😍

Today I made a healthier, higher-protein version of vagareli rotli — that comforting, spicy, nostalgic dish so many of us grew up eating when there were leftover rotlis in the house.

Except this version is a little more balanced, a little more filling, and perfect for women who want to enjoy their Indian food while still working towards feeling lighter, stronger and more in control of their body.

The woman on the right is not a fantasy.

We all have days that feel as sped up as this video 😆

Those ARE NOT the days to grab take out or slap together a toasted cheese sandwich. 🙅🏽‍♀️

With just a little bit of thinking out the box you can still feed your family a well-balanced and delicious meal that doesn’t take long to put together at all.

Pro tip: Stick a sticky note on your fridge with just 2 to 3 simple, yet healthy and well balanced meals you can whip up with staples that are in your pantry, fridge and freezer for the days where you feel like you’ve hit a wall. The hardest part is figuring out what to make, but if you have a “go to” list - it makes things so much simpler 😊
