It started as a discussion forum as well as a support, networking and prayer group for people in business and various intellectual professions. I was honored to be invited as guest speaker by Global Business Roundtable - En Malawi in Lilongwe and I spoke on The Leadership Principles of Jesus Christ.
One of the leadership principles of Jesus Christ was the Humility to Follow! You cannot lead, if you cannot follow!
To lead excellently, you need to follow excellently! Jesus said ....I have come down from heaven not to do my will but to do the will of him who sent me...John 6:38. Then Jesus was led by the Spirit into the wilderness.....Matthew 4:1.
His entire life's mission was to follow the will of the Father until ......He was led as a lamb to the slaughter and as a sheep before its shearers is silent...Isaiah 53:7. He followed to the cross! He followed the will of the Father to the end! Because he followed , it was easy for Him to say to the disciples to be ..."follow me and I will make you fishers of men" and they followed Him without hesitation!
