Forgiving is not easy, especially when you know that what the person has done to you, you would never do to them.🤷🏿‍♀️
Forgiving from this point makes you feel like you are exempting the person from what they have done, especially if they have not been apologetic❤️‍🩹

Forgiving is not easy and is more exasperating when the scripture is thrown to your face at all times, leaving you feeling like God has betrayed you by expecting you to forgive so you can be forgiven...after all God loves your offenders too🙇🏾‍♀️

Forgiveness is realising what was at work through that person the moment they hurt/offended you, it is realising that you err and are forgiven. It is realising that as you have received the grace for your offenses, so should you give it to your offenders too. Realizing that you have not earned and are not expected to earn forgiveness. 😑

Hear me out I'm not in any way saying forgive and build a relationship with your offenders...just forgive and let God deal with them however He sees fit🫂
