Are you a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, finding new business opportunities, and earning an uncapped commission?

WJL Mobility, recognised as the Preferred Mobility Aid Supplier South Africa 2025/2026 by the Prestige Awards and vetted by Cape Town Tourism, is looking for an energetic, self-driven individual to help grow our sales and rental business throughout the Cape Town region.

This is NOT a salaried position.

This is an exciting commission-only opportunity for someone who believes their earning potential should be determined by their own performance.

Your Mission

Generate new business for WJL Mobility by promoting our wide range of mobility products and rental solutions.

This includes:

✅ Mobility equipment sales

✅ Short- and long-term rentals

✅ Building relationships with doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, hospitals, rehabilitation centres, retirement villages, frail care facilities, home-care providers, travel agents and tour operators

✅ Identifying new business opportunities in both the medical and tourism sectors

✅ Developing your own customer base and referral network

We're Looking For Someone Who:

✔️ Has proven sales and business development experience

✔️ Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills

✔️ Is self-motivated and works well independently

✔️ Can identify opportunities and convert them into sales

✔️ Has experience or contacts within the healthcare industry (advantageous but not essential)

✔️ Has reliable transport and is willing to travel throughout the Cape Town area
