✨ What almost 10 Years in the Industry Has Taught Me ✨

If you told me 10 years ago where I’d be today, I probably would’ve smiled politely… and then gone to make someone a cup of tea and a healing space anyway ☕🤍

Because that’s how this journey started—quietly, gently, with a deep knowing that I was meant to help people feel better in their bodies.

Reflexology has been one of my greatest teachers. It’s shown me that:
“Your feet remember what your mind tries to forget.”
And wow… do they talk.

I’ve learned that healing isn’t always instant or perfect.
Sometimes it looks like:
✨ showing up tired but still giving your best
✨ holding space when someone just needs to breathe
✨ trusting that even the smallest shift matters

There were moments I questioned everything—wondering if I was doing enough, being enough…
But determination has a funny way of whispering:
“Keep going… you’re closer than you think.”

And so I did.

The biggest lesson of all?
It’s YOU.

The relationships, the conversations, the trust…
You walk in as clients, but somewhere between the reflex points and the quiet moments, you become something more meaningful.

“People will forget what you said, but they will never forget how you made them feel.”
And that has become the heart of everything I do.

Some days are beautifully busy, some are slow and reflective…
But every single one has purpose.
