There is something I want every woman to know, whether you have already started your wellness journey or whether you are still standing at the beginning, wondering if you should take that first step.

I see you.

I see the woman who has tried every diet, every plan, every promise, only to feel disappointed once again. I see the woman navigating menopause, where it feels as though your own body no longer listens to you. I see the woman living with hypothyroidism, watching the scale refuse to move no matter how hard she tries. I see the woman who finds comfort in food after a difficult day, only to be overwhelmed with guilt after every meal.

I know the feeling of opening your wardrobe before a special occasion, reaching for something that fitted only weeks ago, and discovering that it no longer does. I know what it feels like to avoid mirrors, to compare yourself to others, and to wonder why everyone else seems to succeed while you remain stuck.

And perhaps one of the hardest moments is meeting someone you haven't seen in a long time, only to hear how well they've done on their own journey while quietly wishing you hadn't lost yourself somewhere along the way.

The truth is... I was there too.

For almost two years, I lived with the guilt after every meal, the frustration of nothing fitting, and the constant self-criticism that slowly stole pieces of my confidence. I remember promising myself in December 2025 that it would be the last December I would spend feeling that way about myself.

After my birthday this year, I woke up one morning and made a decision.

Enough was enough.

That decision didn't make everything easy. Even today, I still have moments where I lose motivation. I still have days where I make choices I wish I hadn't. I still have to remind myself why I started.

The difference is that I no longer allow one difficult day to become a reason to give up.

Like every woman, I have taken progress photos—even when I didn't want to—because sometimes we need proof of how far we've come when our minds try to convince us we've made no progress at all.

One of the greatest blessings of this journey has been walking alongside the incredible women at Wellness Center Healing Hands. Together we celebrate victories, encourage one another through setbacks, laugh together, and remind each other that no one has to face this journey alone.

To every woman who has trusted me enough to take this step with me—thank you.

You have made a far greater impact on my life than you may ever realise. The friendships we've built, the conversations we've shared, the tears, the laughter, and every milestone we've celebrated together have made me incredibly proud—not only as the owner of Wellness Center Healing Hands, but as a woman who understands exactly how this journey feels.

So today I simply want to tell you this:

I am proud of you.

Proud of every healthy choice you've made.
Proud of every session you've attended.
Proud of every time you started again after feeling like giving up.
Proud that you chose yourself.

Please don't quit because progress feels slow. Some of the strongest transformations happen quietly, long before they become visible.

One day you'll look back and realise that the woman who almost gave up became the woman someone else looked up to.

Your story is still being written.

One day it will become someone else's hope, someone else's courage, and someone else's reason to believe that they can do it too.

Keep going.

You are stronger than you think, more beautiful than you realise, and every step you take is bringing you closer to becoming the woman you've always known was inside you.
