Yes, if you want to have beautiful skin and nice body. Cellulite is not a normal condition of the skin; No one is born with that.
We develop cellulite with time, when we gain weight and the skin looses its elasticity. Reason why most of pregnant women develop that skin condition. It can be prevented, controlled and treated in this following manner:
Prevention
Control your weight. If IBM is less or equal to 25
Loose weight if IBM is above 25
Stimulate the body to produce the collagen, which is one of the substances responsible for skin elasticity.
