As I step into a new season of life, I’ve found myself becoming quieter on social media and more intentional behind the scenes — navigating the balance between work life, personal life, motherhood, and everything in between.
There have been many “balls in the air,” and somewhere along the way I had to learn which ones were glass balls and which ones were rubber. Which ones could bounce if dropped, which ones would shatter, and which ones were never meant for me to carry in the first place. Some things I had to hold tighter, and some things I had to gently put down.
It has been a journey getting to this point. I don’t say that I have it all figured out, but I do believe I’m slowly finding my rhythm — learning to live with more intention, more grace, more presence. Learning to surrender, to plan wisely, to protect my peace, to not become distracted by the noise and pressures of the world around us.
We live in such a fast-paced world that constantly demands more from us — especially as women. More productivity, more availability, more perfection. And somewhere in the middle of it all, I’ve had to come back to what truly matters.
This year, I made the decision to work half days as I balance my business with one of the greatest privileges of my life — being a mom. With my eldest now in Grade 1, my heart feels deeply pulled toward being present in these fleeting years that pass far too quickly.
At the same time, I’ve also realised once again that my work is not simply a job — it is part of my passion and purpose. It is where I create a space for women to come and recharge, rest, release, breathe, and simply be. A space where someone can walk out feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, lighter, softer, or more themselves again.
So while this season may look quieter online, please know there has been so much growth happening offline. I’m not stepping away — I’m simply stepping into a slower, more intentional rhythm. One where I can pour more meaning into both my family and the work that I love so deeply.
To my loyal clients — thank you. My work is a privilege I never take lightly. This season may look different, but it is filled with purpose, grati
