Dressing Queens is an Eastern Bridal Studio owned by the gorgeous Sashmika Hansraj with the help of handing picking the very best of clothing by Derien Lutchman. A brother and sister Duo, bound to make headwaves for their clothing makes a statement for every bride or person at every function or prayer days.
Having viewed their latest collection, this is what I have found, Affordable and Detailed.

Have you ever been to a function and found someone wearing something similar to you?
It's a horror for every person or even a bride.

To put potential clients minds at ease, this collection was brought in just before the pandemic.

Now this what sets this particular brand apart from many in the industry:
The detailed variety of affordable eastern wear catering for every size and height of women.
Upon a visit to their studio, you are welcomed and put at ease, appointments are given, you can try on all until that very YES moment.
Trust me you bound to smile and laugh.

This business has been around for the last 9 years with a further 15 year history of having sourced the best from India to you.
The first collection was showcased at a pageant last year and without hesitation the owners obliged and stayed until every last girl left this ultimately speaks volumes of the brand.

For me personally, I feel when you dress or style yourself up, you want to be the only one who has that particular garment or even accessory and Dressing Queens has that.
It's affordable, every garment is handpicked and most of all if you a women you are bound to feel like a queen.

My Winter Wednesday Desk: How to be come your own success story?

Goodmorning from my desk to your screen, hope you guys are warm, I have coffee at hand so I thought let's get a post going...

How often do we watch motivational videos, share quotes (good and bad), read up on survival stories, including my posts aswell?
This is why...
We IDENTIFY ourselves within that video, quote or write up, there will be something in what the motivator or influencer is putting foward that will automatically just click, be a smile, a thought or even a tear (trust me I shed a few).
You see these motivational posts are meant to keep you going and as the word says Motivate you.
There are hundreds if not thousands of quotes (Google search now if you don't believe me) on life etc, but then as I did mention in a previous post it all starts with you. Never ever let anyone take power over being YOU. Yes you may not have good days, yes you may break, yes you still trying to get through the day, yes you feel alone, yes your finances may worry you, yes, yes and yes(we have all been there and some of us are still are) .... But still never let Anyone take power of your self worth....so start today I challenge you to take a test on yourself....

Take 5 pieces of small paper, sit/stand infront of a mirror (don't worry about your hair or face)
Write down 5 positive words that best describes YOU and then stick then all along your mirror.... Leave them there for as long as you want(don't forget to dust occasionally).

Now look at each word everyday and start to see that within yourself and wonder why you wrote you.... It's a reminder that you are worthy, it's a reminder that you are not alone in this world, it's a reminder you ultimately YOU are your greatest project.
So yes keep sharing your quotes or videos etc but remember when you put this screen down and look into that mirror, YOU is all you see....

So recently on my personal page I ask my FB friends what they think about a colour I have never worn only because it's my least favorite colour, little did I realise it would be this very same colour that would get the most amount of reactions.
I was also DM's by a number of ppl asking where I had bought this particular jersey featured below but what stood out was a Cape Town Based Designer with his own incredible fashion style, to whom messaged me and also enquired.

The jersey pictured by a local store we all know and that is MR PRICE, Price : R149-00.

Upon my recent visit to the malls I have found that mustard is the Colour for Winter, don't believe me, do check out big retail window stores but price range depending on your budget could vary. However my whole aim of doing this post is its doesn't matter on how much you spend on an item clothing, remember you only need to impress yourself and your affordability not social media. As long as you have the confidence to carry it off you can make any item of clothing look like something out New York or Paris Fashion Week.
