VACANCY: Moderator – Basic End User Computing (SP-240201)

Superb Academy (Pty) Ltd, a division of Superb Empire, is expanding its academic team and invites suitably qualified, experienced, and passionate professionals to apply for the position of Moderator in support of our QCTO Skills Programme: Basic End User Computing (SP-240201). We are looking for professionals committed to delivering quality education and maintaining the highest standards of quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

Moderate assessments and learner evidence in accordance with QCTO quality assurance requirements.
Verify the fairness, validity, reliability, and consistency of assessment decisions.
Prepare moderation reports.
Support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with quality management systems and moderation policies.

Minimum Requirements:

Relevant ICT qualification.
Accredited and registered with MICT SETA as a Moderator for Basic End User Computing or a relevant ICT programme.
Previous moderation experience within the education and training sector.
Strong analytical, quality assurance, and report-writing skills.

General Competencies:

Professional integrity and ethical conduct.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong learner support and mentoring abilities.
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to continuous professional development.
Sound understanding of QCTO, occupational qualifications, and competency-based training.
