The steak is soft, melt in your mouth rump. With a nice ol' cheese and garlic potato bake!!

The MasterChef steamer from was obviously used to steam my butternut because I cannot make butternut any other way now!!

In all technicality, I should not be eating this much egg in one day, as I recently found out I have high cholesterol, so I have indeed cut down on things that I shouldn't be eating over the last month!

This morning, I needed a nice filling, restaurant style brekkie, so I made one. Instead of English muffins, I used brown bread toast, topped with some cottage cheese, baby spinach, some smoked salmon topped with an egg, covered with my own homemade hollandaise sauce.

It's going to be a long week, I need to start it off strong!!
