Three scriptures which I reflect on...

Philippians 4:6-7: Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus"

Matthew 6:34: “Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.

Romans 8 vs 28 says "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose"

I see many people in my salon. Everyone is going through something. Some of you have heartbreaking stories and as I think about the many things I hear you tell me, I find myself overwhelmed at times.
Your time spent with me is always a pleasure, it's your time to relax, say what you need to say and de-stress and walk out feeling light, not just from the hair do but from the weight lifting of just TALKING about this "thing" that's been weighing you down.
If I have never said it to you before, let me say this...

We all have something going on...
Death of a loved one...
Financial pressures...
Family issues...

In a world of uncertainty - PRAY!

God answers all prayers. It may not be in the time you want, but he answers.

There may be days when the troubles you are facing are so big that you may feel, "I can't even pray" - and this is the plan.
The devil wants you to be so caught up in your problems that you end up feeling like "what's the point - God can't solve this"
Do not allow your troubles to overwhelm you - we serve a mighty God. There is no problem "big or small" that you cannot take to him and he will see you through.
Even in the days you cannot pray just say it out loud

"God is faithful"
"God is working in my life"
"Thank you Jesus for another day to live accordingly to your will"

Always remember, there is something to be grateful for.
If you can't find something to Thank God for right now, just look around you...
Thank God for the roof over your head, that car that takes you where you need to go, your health, your family, your job or business,
There is ALWAYS something to be grateful for.

I pray this reaches someone who needs encouragement today.
