🩷 Step 1: Prep is everything
Start with clean, dry hair and always use a heat protectant. Smooth, brushed sections give the best results. (Additional prep can be done during blow drying with a curl hold cream).

🧡 Step 2: Section your hair
Work in small, manageable sections for more defined curls or bigger sections for looser waves.

💛 Step 3: The technique
Clamp the straightener at the root (I personally like to insert the straightener from the top), then twist it away from your face and slowly glide down the hair shaft.
👉 The slower you glide, the more defined the curl.
Don't hold it to long though, we're not making toasties.

💚 Step 4: Let it cool
Don’t touch the curls immediately — let it cool down for longer-lasting hold.

💙 Step 5: Finish the look
Gently brush or comb through for soft glam waves, and finish with a light hairspray or gloss spray ✨
