Woman to Woman at some point, you have to stop letting your depression win. you have to stop sitting in the same room, replaying the same thoughts, waiting for something to change. nobody’s coming to save you, it’s on you to save yourself. get up take a shower go for a walk work on that dream you’ve been putting off. it doesn’t have to be perfect, just start! you owe it to yourself to fight for a better version of you, even on the days you don’t feel like it. healing doesn’t happen over night, but every time you get up instead of giving up… that’s progress.

Don’t let nobody not even yourself define who you are right now‼️

This season? This pain? This setback? That is not your identity. That is not who you are.
It’s who you’re becoming.

The Word says in 2 Timothy 2:12, “If we suffer, we shall also reign with Him.”

So don’t be ashamed of the suffering. Don’t be ashamed of the betrayal. Don’t be ashamed of the mistakes. Don’t be ashamed of the loss. Don’t be ashamed of what you had to endure to get to the promise. Everything you’re walking through is for His namesake. It’s all going to give God glory in your story. 🙌🏽

You can be ashamed of what you do for the world but never be ashamed of what you’re going through for God.

You may think you’re in a bad situation but it’s an assignment.
The betrayal? Part of the assignment.
The heartbreak? Part of the assignment.
The disappointment? Part of the assignment.
The setback? Part of the assignment.

I don’t knw who I’m talking to but you have been carrying so much weight. It feels like the world is on your back. You’ve been pouring into people who don’t pour back into you. You’ve been loving people who don’t love you the same. You’ve been showing up for people who don’t show up for you. And God said they are not going to repay you.

“I will repay you,” says the Lord.
Not man. Not them. Not who hurt you. 🥺

The seeds you planted? I saw thm. The tears you cried? I collected them. The years the locust tried to steal? I will restore them.

Evn the betrayal, it was necessary.
Even the pain, it was necessary.
Even the heartbreak, it ws necessary.

I know exactly what I’m doing, says the Lord. It may not feel good ryt now. But it is working for your good. It is coming together for your good. And when I bring you out of this, you won’t just survive it, you will reign. Don’t let this season define you. It’s preparing you.🙏🏽
