So this was my journey from 2024 up on till now. I have rich my goal from 98.9 till 55 kg

Weight loss begins and ends in your thoughts, NOT the physical

If God didn’t make it. Don’t take it🫵🏻💪🏼

We don’t look like our goals , we look like our Habits.

That suck might be:
100 hard workouts
100 rounds of bad sparring
100 bland meals
100 hours of focused work
100 hard conversations
100 failed video uploads

We have to embrace that as the cost of entry.

The answers and the success we want are often found in the things we most want to avoid.

Gepraat van seasons 😊😊 ons wil nie met n sweetpak in die somer loop 😜 so laat ons bietjie uit daai comfort zones kom en aan daai lyfies werk. Ons gesondheid is priceless en jy gaan amazing voel en lyk.
