I see a lot of patients struggling with ankle pain, stiffness, or instability - and often, it all comes down to limited joint mobility.
That’s why one of the first things I do is assess your ankle’s range of motion using a goniometer. Among other tests, it gives us an accurate, objective measurement so we know the extent problem - and how to track your progress over time.
It’s not just about treating symptoms, it’s about understanding what your body can and should do, and building from there.
