Powder Brows is a cosmetic semi permanent makeup technique designed to create eyebrows with a soft powder effect, very similar to powder makeup. This effect is done with a shading technique using a permanent makeup device, similar to a tattoo gun. In order to add density, the artist can layer pixels repetitively, which will appear as though the brow was filled in with a pencil. It can be customized according to the clients desire. Also known as Pixel Brows, Ombré Brows or Shaded Brows.
