I've had a handful of last-minute cancellations lately, and while I truly understand that life happens, I kindly ask everyone to double-check your appointment times so we can both show up for one another.

When an appointment is cancelled on the same day, that time slot is usually impossible to fill. As many of you know, I only take one client at a time, and a colour appointment can book out around 3 hours of my day. Last-minute cancellations mean I lose that income and often can't replace the booking.

Just a gentle reminder that I do have a 48-hour cancellation policy in place. This helps me manage my schedule and allows enough time to offer the appointment to someone else who may be waiting.
