I often use Lilian Terry silicone cups in my deep tissue back massages. It brings fresh oxygenated blood to the muscles. Warming them up well in order to work out tension in these areas very effectively. Toxins are also removed as these cups are excellent for lymphatic drainage.

Relaxation is priority when having a facial reflexology treatment.

Because we work with the nervous system, we request that the receiver keeps their eyes closed throughout the duration of the treatment and that the operator and receiver do not talk.

This allows their brain waves to move out of Beta (the busy active mind) and into slower brain waves such as Alpha and Theta.

When in this state, the immune system is boosted and the body moves into a deeper state of relaxation. It is then able to restore and heal itself. Making the messages we send more affective.

I have been offering sugar hair removal in my salon for quite some time.

Nearly all of my waxing clients have moved over to this technique and they love it!

It is gentle on the skin, especially because it is body temperature and not hot like most waxes.

It lasts longer than waxing because it does not break the hairs.

It is very hygienic because once you remove the amount you need from the pot that is all you use for the whole treatment.

It is less painful than waxing because of how the treatment is preformed.

I stumbled upon an Italian facial reflexology course a while ago and was very intrigued.

I have always been passionate about holistic healing and reflexology was particularly a favourite of mine while studying.

This amazing technique has taught me to set aside time for myself every day and really pay attention to what is going on inside at holistic level.
