Everyone is tired of drivers who get a Code 14 license and PDP but use fake references and fake experience.
When we call the reference company, they say “We don’t know this person.”

We call because we already suspect the driver can’t drive. How can someone with “experience” and references not reverse or hook a trailer?
Don’t take us for fools.

I’ve received 1000 messages from truck owners, mostly white owners. They’re tired of this. Some have Code 14 and PDP but cannot drive.
Why not be honest and say, “Bro, I need this job but I don’t know how to drive”? That’s better.

To those insulting me for speaking up about drivers who can’t reverse or hook a trailer: call me names if you want, but the truth will set me free.
We’re tired of pretending. Where did you get your license if you can’t drive? You have Code 14 and PDP but can’t even reverse a horse without a trailer.
