Testimony time!
I last wore this tracksuit in 2008, before my 2nd princess was born. Sixteen years of weight gain now lost in total, thanks to the Longrich Fitness Institute (LFI) and Longrich Tea's. I am thankful for the discipline and the team mates in the LFI, they push me to keep going harder. Environment does really matter, I've lost so much weight in 15 months of me being an LFI member 🥳
The magic number is 16 indeed!

Hand Infection Testimony
My palm was sore on the 12th of June 2024, this started at work. I thought it would go away by the time I got back home. It became worse in the evening. On the 13th of June 2024, I decided to cut out the green strip from our Longrich pantyliners and put a bandage. In the morning, the pain had gone, and I could use my right hand now, the day before I couldn't even make a fist. And now there is no more pain on the 14th of June, two days later! The lump on my palm is also gone.

Baby diapers Testimony (Client Testimonial)
With Longrich Products we have powerful solutions. There was a patient who is bedridden. I then suggested that they use the Longrich Baby Diapers and use it as a pad. The reason l suggested this was because l know this product takes a lot of liquid and locks it in and you don't feel the cold after doing number 1. The patient's daughter first laughed and was like l want to make fun of her mother's problem. With the normal disposables, she used to change her mom 2 or three time per night as the mother would complain of being wet and cold. I gave her the whole packet, the following day she called me to talk to her mom. Guess what, the mom was so happy, she did not change her the whole night and they both enjoyed their beautiful sleep.

Headache Testimony
From growing up until now, I never suffered from headaches. I happen to fall some few years back and l hit a concrete with my right cheek. I took it lightly but after some days my eye became watery. It was so iritating until it developed some puss. I visited a lot of clinics and hospitals, l don't know how many types of eye drops was recommended. The empty or half used eye drops bottles could fill a big plastic 🤔 still not getting better and my eye was getting red red red. One day l reluctantly went for prayer and that was the last day l applied eye drops. I thereafter developed headaches and wondered 🤔 me and a headache 😩 l did not visit the doctors this time since I was tiredof them and wondered what now. I somehow realized that the headaches disappear and come back. I had seen Leader Pulane applying 2 sachets of Longrich Coffee in her mug and l copied her style because I did not fully enjoy my coffee with one sachet in my mug. I then realized that the headache disappeared after taking my coffee ☕️ now the headache is not there because l have made drinking my Longrich Coffee a habit. I drink 2 satchet maybe once or twice a week. No more headaches, l am well and don't get tired as well as usual, and I'm in my 60's! Longrich or Nothing.
