What your hairdresser wants you to know 💇🏼‍♀️

Please don’t wear hoodies, polo necks or white. Colour stains and bleach splashes happen.

Greasy or oily hair doesn’t make your colour take better. It actually makes it harder for the colour to work properly.

Come with dry hair unless I’ve said otherwise. I’ll shampoo you properly at the basin.

Coconut oil or treatments before your appointment can stop colour from taking properly.

Toner fading isn’t bad colour work. It’s just part of the process.

Your “just a trim” still takes the same time and care.

Filtered inspo pics can be unrealistic. Hair doesn’t shine like that in real life lighting.

If you’re running late, please let me know. Timing really matters with colour.
