Since 2013 we have partnered with some of our suppliers particularly on Knowledge and Product Training aspect and in-house we focus more on Theory, Practical and Customer Service Training. We also ensure that all our new recruits goes through theoretical (interviews) and practical assessment so that we are clear before they come onboard about the KASH ie. Knowledge, Attributes, Skills and Habits. As an organization we have also identified a gap through the years that some of the Beauticians, Technicians and Therapists there is a lack on the following:
