Hello 2021 😂I'm a little late but hey I managed to re - introduce myself⏳

Hello fitness Babe's

I've been sick while on my 31 days challenge. I last updated on my 14 but with that being said i havent given up on my journey I've reduced my 1 000kcal burn to 400kcal been and added a little bit of body weight exercise while i haven't been updating.

So far so good. I'm seeing result.

Let's share our experiences and challenges to keep others going.

My skipping went well and I increased it from 600kcal 🏃

Day 14/31

Working out 1st thing in the morning before I eat or drink anything works for me better and gives me a different kind of energy.

I reached 600kcal from skipping a rope today.

Someone would ask themselves how one manage to skip a rope for 44minutes without getting bored MYSELF I add skipping challenges so it should be fun for me to keep pushing for my end game.

I have been having a hard time with getting back to my fitness journey. I stopped working out for the past 3years and now and again I wanted to keep working out but I couldn't keep up or be consistent. Then in the past 2weeks I am proud to say I have managed to keep pushing and not stopped ever since.

fit is extremely hard but results are even greater.

I took a break from working out for 2 years now. I haven't been working out as much as I did in the past BUT I have finally started this week and I'm not about to stop again. I've gained weight in the most amazing way but now I'm only aiming to do my legs and stomach for now....

My motivation is back.
