There is a God in heaven, and although what is happening may seem entertaining or justified to some of you, remember that every human life is precious and valuable. God does not delight in violence, hatred, or the suffering of innocent people.

Many of you are celebrating while others are living in fear, pain, and hardship. Remember that the people you are hurting are human beings just like you. They feel pain as you do, they have families, dreams, and hopes for a better life just as you do.

Be warned that every action has consequences. No one can escape the justice of God. God does not judge without first giving a warning. Those who participate in these acts, encourage them, or remain silent while injustice is done should reflect carefully on their actions.

Turn away from hatred and violence. Choose compassion, peace, and humanity, for we are all God's children and will one day give an account for how we treated one another.
