Earth & Thyme Magnesium spray is a topical solution of magnesium chloride and water that is absorbed directly into the skin.

An effective way to boost magnesium levels, ease muscle tension, promote relaxation and speed up post workout recovery without causing the digestive discomfort sometimes linked to oral supplements.

Where to target:

😴For sleep : spray on the soles of the feet or calves about 30 minutes before bedtime.

💪 For soreness:
spritz directly onto tight or sore muscles after a workout.

🦵 For Cramps: Apply directly to the lower abdomen or affected muscle

It is normal to feel a slight tingling or stinging sensation upon first applying. It should not be intense. Allow 15 to 20 mins for absorption.
If too tingly dilute the spray with some aloe vera gel or a carrier oil like grapeseed oil.

Best practices:
Start slowly. Begin 2 -3 sprays daily and increase gradually to 5 to 10 sprays as you gauge your skin's tolerance.

Never apply to sensitive areas : freshly shaved, broken skin or delicate areas like face or eyes.

Some reed diffuser wisdom

To maximize efficiency:

* Flip sticks every 1 - 2 weeks for fresh scent boost. For a stronger scent flip every few days.
* Replace them every 3 - 6 months to prevent clogging
* Keep them out of direct sunlight and drafts.
* Use 6 to 8 reeds for optimal scent throw in a small to medium room
* Fiber reeds tend to outperform rattan by less clogging.
* Rattan sticks do not go soggy.

Setting Up
Insert reeds, soak for 1 hour then flip to get diffusion going.

Do not fill the container with diffuser liquid. Its volatile and will evaporate. 1/4 full works best.

Make a nourishing Aloe Vera Glycerine Soap.

* 500 gms Clear or white soap base 🧼
* 1/4 cup fresh blended Aloe gel or buy some from us.🍵
* 1 Tbsp. olive oil🥄
* Essential Oils optional. 💧

HOW
Melt soap base. Add the ingredients. Pour into a silicone soap mould.

Spray with alcohol to remove bubbles 🫧

Let it harden for 30 mins max.
