I teach three different styles of yoga for you to chose from namely Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga and Aerial Yoga classes. The yoga classes include meditation, asana practice and a savasana sound journey💫

There are monthly packages available which allow you access to all three styles of yoga practice.

Group class rates:

What is Reiki?

Reiki is subtle energy healing whereby the practitioner channels Universal Life Force energy through their hands into the receivers bio magnetic energy field. Reiki can be used to treat people, animals, plants, situational energy balancing and earth healing. Reiki Energy has many benefits.. it relaxes and de-stresses, brings about clarity of mind, energises, relieves pain, accelerates natural healing, detoxifies the body, dissolves energy blockages, releases emotional baggage, helps change negative conditioning and behaviour, increases the vibrational frequency of the body, and still so much more!

During the course, you will recieve the necessary theoretical and practical training/ sacred initiation ritual to qualify you for becoming a Reiki practitioner, and textbooks/learning material, lunch will be included on each day of training, as well as tea time and snacks. A tranquil space to practice in, as well as people to practice on.

After the course, you will receive certification for Reiki Level i Practitioner, you will have a deeper understanding of energy work, the chakra system and how it connects all levels of our being, how to read your own and someone’s energetic field (aura), give self treatment for reiki as well as to your family and friends, history and legend of Reiki, have a deeper connection with self and feel a sense of purification through initiation.

This course is for everybody, whether you’re looking to deepen your own spiritual practice/connection to a Source or whether you’re just curious about energy/metaphysical work! All are welcome! Reiki is not tied to any specific religion either 🙏🏼
